* Notes:

- After the pathetic attempt of back squatting 152kg, I decided to ditch the Cowboy Method Squat Program and opt for a conditioning program for the next month.  My gut has grown exponentially since moving to upstate New York and it was time to seriously address this issue.  Therefore, I've started the Dan John Kettlebell Challenge for the next 4-5 weeks with 3-4 kettlebell sessions per week to hopefully rid myself of this evergrowing spare tire around my waist.
