* Notes:

- Fairly good day in the squat rack and an okay day on the platform.  The squats went well, because I had no issues with completing the prescribed repetitions.  The same story for the low block snatches as well.  On a side note, all the work subsequent to the back squats were in accordance with the Russian Modified Training Program from Idaho Weightlifting Federation.  So, I plan on sticking with this program until further notice.  Slow and steady!
