Low Block Clean + Push Press:

100kg Low Block Clean + Push Press

* Notes:

- Not a bad day in the squat rack and on the platform.  The back squats weren't all to difficult and the low block clean and push press complex went surprisingly well, maxing out at 100kg for ten singles.
