* Notes:

- Complete shit-bomb in the squat rack.  I was prescribed to back squat 152kg for 3 sets of 8 reps.  This obviously didn't happen.  I had ZERO legs today.  152kg felt like a metric ton and I wasn't moving with tightness in my legs and rigidity in my spine.  I was so depressed that I decided to forego any further back squatting for the day, and finished with some paltry front squats.
