* Notes:
- Not happy at all. A terrible workout today due to a few factors. First, I didn't get the most restful night of sleep with my daughter fighting an infection of croup, so myself and my wife were up throughout the night comforting her. Secondly, I just wasn't mentally focused to lift today. I should have taken a day off, but I didn't and suffered the lackluster results. Third, I need to man-up and get under the fucking bar. For some unknown reason, I've become the biggest pussy when it comes to the clean and jerk. It's so damn frustrating!
