* Notes:

-  Second day of "deload" and I snatch 120kg.  I can't explain it, but I will relish in the moment.  For some strange and unexplainable reason the weights felt fairly light up to 116kg.  120kg was a stretch that I somehow made, and the missed lifts at 122kg and 123kg were very close.  Soon!
