* Notes:

- I'm still dealing with a angry low back that just doesn't want me to feel at 100%.  Nevertheless, I'm still lifting and, in my humble opinion, lifting rather respectable weights considering the fact that my back isn't at 100%.  I had a couple attempts at 122kg and 124kg which were close, and I soon predict that these weights will fall shortly.
