- LOW BACK PAIN SUCKS! I got destroyed today due to lower back pain. I felt great initially with a little twinge on my left side but after making 120kg and 127.5kg, then attempting 135kg -- boom! Done! Finished! I didn't think much of it, until later in the day when it felt like I'd been run over my a train.
