* Notes:

- Not a bad third day of "deload" with a top weight of 150kg in the paused front squat with a three second pause in the hole.  Power cleans went fairly well too, with a final weight of 140kg.  I made two attempts at 146kg and they were close, but not close enough.  I'll get it soon enough.
