- Today's workout was extremely long but considering the cooler weather it wasn't as taxing and laborious as a typical workout done in 90 degree weather with 100 percent humidity. I did manage to power snatch 105kg, it was extremely ugly but still counts. Additionally, I was able to press 85kg, which might be a new PR. So, all in all, not a bad day on the platform. The clean recoveries were complete shit. I just didn't have the leg drive today to power the weights off the safety racks. I may need to drop this particular exercise for a little while and switch over to paused front squats to add some variety.
