* Notes:
- It wasn't a bad start to a Monday with a top weight of 137.5kg in the clean + power jerk from the high blocks. As sore and tight as my legs were yesterday, today (after a restful night of sleep) they felt pretty damn good. Standing up from the cleans wasn't all that difficult; however, I did decide to call 137.5kg my top weight for the day based upon the speed of the recovery -- which I felt was too slow. I've cut back on the volume and I'm going to focus more on intensity for this week.
