* Notes:

- Today's workout was intentionally designed to be light, so power snatches from the high blocks were perfect.  I made successful snatches up to 105kg, with a couple close calls with 110kg and 107.5kg.  I can't complain because today's 105kg was 3kg higher than my last high block power snatch workout, which also included foot movement.  Today's workout was done without foot movement, which for some strange reason feels much more fluid and powerful -- might have to stick with that technique indefinitely.
