* Notes:
- A less than spectacular day from the rack but another day in the books. The front squat + power jerks weren't entirely terrible, but they weren't exactly great. The successful lift at 135kg was rather lackluster, as my elbows were questionably soft. I need to work on finishing my jerk with aggression and locked elbows. More work to do as usual.
