* Notes:

- The snatches went very well today.  I felt strong with my pull and the turn over.  The reception was a little loose -- noteably in my legs.  I need to square that away.  The box jumps were a complete shit-sandwhich.  I "clarked" the 42" jumps because I was scared to fall on my ass -- next time!
