* Notes:

- All the volume is paying off.  The clean is becoming faster and the timing of the power jerk is getting better.  Unfortunately, due to time contraints, I wasn't able to get any plyometric training done.  Nevertheless, I'm excited about the potential increases in the next several weeks.  I'd like to get these numbers up to 150kg for a solid clean and power jerk.
