* Notes:
- The start of a new kettlebell cycle; however, this time around, I'm using 28kg as the default weight. It was tough, but not impossible. Plus, adding 90kg bench presses was a little more difficult than doing an air squat! Looking forward to the next 20 kettlebell workouts!
