* Notes:

- Kettlebell challenge complete!!!  10,000 wings done over the course of 6 weeks and I'm very proud of my success in accomplishing this task.  I'm pleased with today's workout time -- a record of 16:26; especially, considering the fact that my first workout took 29:09 to complete!!!  Ending on a high note makes the completion of this goal all that much sweeter!
