* Notes:
- Thought I'd try something different and add in some bodybuilding exercises to help break up the monotony and add some variety to my training. Initially, the bench press was tough but got slightly easier once I got into the grove of the movement. It was amazing how pumped my biceps got after doing the barbell curls -- it's been a very long time, but well enjoyed!
