Close Grip Barbell Curl + Captains of Crush:
25 x 10 + #1 x 20 L/R
30 x 10 + #1 x 7 L/R

* Notes:

- Second to last kettlebell working in the Kettlebell Challenge and I took it relatively easy.  I wasn't in a big hurry; yet, still managed to finish in under 21 minutes.  Pretty happy with today's workout!
