* Notes:

- Horrible day on the platform.  For the life of me, I can't seem to shake off this spell of dizziness.  It's destroying my clean and jerks.  Once I reach around 120kg, it comes on so heavily that I find myself ditching the bar, or wanting to take a dirt-nap upon dropping the bar.  I'm frustrated as hell.
