* Notes:

- Add 2kg from my last mid block power snatch session.  I should have had more, but I couldn't quite get the timing of my power snatches down correctly.  I was waiting too long in the extension instead of aggressively pulling myself under the bar.  Additionally, I noticed that my chest was starting to drop in the catch -- never a good predictor of a successful lift.  Nevertheless, 2kg is an increase.
