- I can't believe that I haven't done a mid block power snatch since starting this particular program. I reviewed all my video clips and couldn't find any instance of using the mid blocks for power snatches. I wanted to use it as a guage to determine the amount of progress I have made, but since there isn't any, I suppose this 115kg power snatch will be the benchmark.
