* Notes:
- Today wasn't a terrible day on the platform, but it could have been better. I was going to try my best to perform squat jerks today, but as the weights progressively got heavier, I became more reluctant to drop down into a squat. Further, I had a complete brain fart and didn't move my feet on my first attempt at 140kg, then followed it with a case of the dizzies on my second attempt. Thankfully, the third and final attempt was successful. I thought about going higher, but I felt like the recovery from the clean at 140kg wasn't as fast as I'd like, and decided that 140kg was my top weight for the day.
