- Dog tired with zero legs. I having a very troublesome time locking out my shoulders/elbows in the catch and I felt like I had nothing for leg strength today. I felt slow, soft and sluggish. I think the added front/back squats are negatively affecting the classic lifts; however, it may be too early to tell.
