* Notes:

- I'm feeling very sluggish and lightheaded today; specifically, with the front squats.  I know that 140kg should have been a very easy front squat weight, but with a major case of the "dizzies" I couldn't keep my shit together.  The bar is so deep into my neck that it's cutting off blood circulation to my head, thereby, causing me to get lightheaded.  I've tried shifting my hands and the only cure to help mediate the "dizzies" was to aggressively shrug my shoulders internally to place the bar more on my shoulders vice collarbone and neck.  It worked, but felt extremely uncomfortable.  Fuck!
