- I did a very quick and short workout today, because I feel like "death warmed over" after visiting the dentist for a long overdue filling replacement. As such, I decided to keep the weights relatively light by first nailing my daily minimum of 120kg, and then focusing on speed under the bar with a few drop sets at 94.5kg. I'll get back to the heavier weights after I recover from having my jaw rearranged.
