* Notes:

- I had a bit of a stumble this morning with the start of the workout with an interupting phone call and an unexpected errand, which destroyed my focus and sent my emotions on fire; however, I gathered myself, cooled off, and returned to the platform to have a decent workout.  I got to successfully snatch 110kg off the high blocks, which (in retrospect) isn't half bad because that's a typical minimum snatch weight from the platform.  Overall, I walked away today content, at least for the moment.
