- Another "deload" day in the books.  I did not feel like lifting today.  After last night's zealously overindulgent carbnite, I was feeling very fat and sluggish today -- not to mention tight!  Nevertheless, I somehow managed to muster enough energy and motivation to complete the remainder of Day 2's workout.
