* Notes:

- I was definitely feeling weak today and I attribute it to yesterday's workout with the heavy block cleans.  Nevertheless, I did gather enough strength to stand up 140kg and press 80kg.  I know the press is a huge weakness of mine and it's one of my goals to increase it as much as possible in the coming months.
