* Notes:
- 160kg triple back squat was a bit of a surprise -- a good one! As for the 180kg single, that sucked ass! I thought after the relatively easy triple at 160kg that 180kg would go up a lot easier but it didn't! I need to work on getting up to my working sets that are in excess of 120-130kg a lot faster in the workout. I feel as if I'm spending too much time warming up; however, that's life in the fast lane as a masters aged lifter. I can't expedite the warm up much.
