* Notes:

- The goal of successfully doing 35 consecutive bodyweight dips has finally fallen!  Now to move onward towards 40 with the ultimate goal of knocking out 50 straight!  Additionally, considering I did this after benching 150kg -- not too damn shabby!  I'm pretty stoked and happy with my performance.  Maybe the carnivore diet is finally kicking in and providing me with the strength that I been missing.
