* Notes:

- I'm obsessed with dips; but today, I decided on working strictly with bodyweight dips focusing on a full range of motion.  Especially, working to get deep into the bottom position and exploding out of the proverbial hole of the dip.  All in all, today was a well deserved "light training" day.
