* Notes:

- Nearly died today with 150kg paused front squat while returning the bar to the rack.  My right side was too low and I thought the bar had been racked properly; instead, I missed the rack and nearly ripped my fucking shoulder/wrist/arm/elbow and the right side of my asshole out.
