- Physically crushed.  I spent a lot of time riding in a John boat yesterday and sitting in the bleachers watching tractor pulls the day before.  It has all caught up to me, because my lower back is destroyed and I'm tired as hell from all the sun exposure.  Yes, I'm a giant pussy!
