* Notes:

- Not a bad day.  I was a little apprehensive with the 138kg but kept my shit together to make the lift. At the moment, the recovery is becoming the biggest weakness, which is rather surprising because it's always been the jerk.  Instead, the jerk was relatively easy.  I've gotta get my weak legs much much stronger.
