* Notes:
- The weather is blazing hot and humid, so I'm trying my best to get in and out of the garage as fast as possible to avoid heat related exhaustion. The deficit clean pulls went well and I was rather surprised by the clean recovery complex because of the bomb-out from yesterday's clean and jerk workout.
