- I'm completely smoked physically; yet, overwhelmed with pride in making 170kg for 5 repetitions, because I haven't done a back squat since 19 April. Plus, the make a triple in the press at 70kg, which is one of my weakest exercises puts icing on the cake. I'm very pleased with today's results.
