* Notes:

- Nothing overly spectacular today but it was intentional ,because I have a competition tomorrow morning, so I decided to keep things relatively light and save the heavy stuff for then.  I did, for some strange reason, decide to play around with push jerks instead of my usual power jerks, maybe another way of giving myself a little mini-rest before the meet.
