* Notes:

-  What a complete ball-buster today's workout turned into, because I got stapled over and over again at 91kg.  I just lost tighteness in my low back and my legs were completely spent by the third repetition.  It was a humbling and frustrating morning on the platform.  Ultimately, I had to cut the snatch pull + snatch complex into segments to make any of the later lifts.
