* Notes:

- Second deload day of the week and I decided to cut the day in half, mainly to help extend the deload for a few more days.  After reviewing my past deloads, they lasted on average of 5-7 workouts, and at the current pace, I was set to end the deload within 4 workouts -- this was too short.  So, I'll finish today's workout tomorrow, which includes more block work and front squats.  I'm trying my best to remain smart about rest and recouperation before I start seriously attacking the next cycle.
