* Notes:

- I'm physically destoryed.  The low carb diet is starting to kick my ass.  As such, I decided to cut today's workout in half.  In spite of the low sugar weakness, I did increase the prescribed weights up to 119kg, this is 14kg higher!  I know, I'm an idiot.
