* Notes:

- Another ball-buster of a workout.  I had to cut the workout in half, because I'm physically dying without any significant source of carbohydrates for energy.  Not to mention, the weather is starting to warm up, which is causing the temperature to rise in the garage.  Thus, a large amount of volume, plus warm environment, coupled with near zero carbohydrates, equals a true challenge to lift.
