* Notes:

- I'm not sure what's happening lately but I'm stuck.  I'm pissed.  I'm confused.  I'm weak.  I'm in a perpetual state of apathy when it comes to training -- maybe it has something to do with missing 4 hours of sleep in the night, or eating and drinking anything that comes across my face?  Training hasn't been noteworthy after straining my low back on Christmas.  The weights feel exceptionally heavy and I feel incredibly slow -- almost sticky in my movements.  I hope to snap out of this rut soon because it's really bringing down my level of motivation.
