* Notes:

- Had to back squat because I can't bring my arm around to get into a secure rack position to front squat.  This is depressing; however, I did manage to back squat 185kg with a VERY tight shoulder.  Even getting into a good rack position for the back squat was a major challenge.  Nevertheless, I got my squats done and in my book that's a "+".  I'll find out today what the orthopedist has to say about my arm/shoulder.  I've got my fingers crossed and hope it's nothing too serious.
