* Notes:

- A nice dabble back into front squats with two singles of 1 1/2 front squats at 165kg.  Not an all time best, but considering my circumstances it's a very encouraging step in the right direction.  My injured shoulder is still a little tight but hours upon hours on the MarcPro has definitely helped in my recovery efforts.  I have regained full range of motion (ROM) now, but with several tender positions continue to hamper my return to the classic lifts; however, having gained back my ROM is very encouraging.  I stop today's workout at 15 reps -- shy of my projected 20 -- I had to remind myself this was another experimental front squat workout to test the durability of my shoulder.
