* Notes:
- Short workout and I as feeling a little "off" this morning. Low back was tight from yesterday's snatch session and my legs just weren't firing well -- maybe it had something to do with the 25kg jumps starting at 75kg to 150kg? Regardless, another squat workout done with a top weight of 162.5kg -- decent.
