* Notes:

- A rough day.  Somehow, I've managed to tweak my mid-back.  It's probably a result shoveling snow for the past two days, coupled with sleeping too much on my side last night -- growing old is a slow and painful experience.  In light of the above, I've decided to forgo any pulls.
