Snatch Deadlift + Hang Panda Pull:

Back Squat:

Push Press:
20 x bar work
60 x 3
75 x (3)2 (6:29:29)

* Notes:

- Ultra easy day.  Nothing terribly challenging and I'm grateful, because I feel worn down.  I'll probably take a complete day of rest tomorrow.
